WITHDRAWAL – RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The Website for your convenience offers the possibility to return or change the products of your order, if for some reason you are not satisfied.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the products, after consultation and acceptance by our company after receiving the relevant notification email. The product should not have been used, should be in excellent condition as received - no tabs have been removed

You have the right to return the products you purchased, without any penalty and without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within 14 working days from the date you receive the products.
In this case, you are charged only with the direct cost of returning the products. We receive the products to be returned from your place in consultation with the courier company courier that serves your area. The shipment costs shall be borne by the customer and paid at the time of delivery-receipt.
Refunds will be accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having unsealed or broken their packaging, together with the retail receipt or invoice.
To avoid any inconvenience of your own, it is advisable to check carefully upon delivery of your order the condition of the purchased products and the intact packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. goods, wrong kind, etc.).

You must indicate to us in your email:
α) a) your order number,
b) the codes of the products you wish to be returned,
c) he type of compensation you want: resize, refund
In case of returns of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay your order and the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.
